Let me start by saying that I have a huge fear of dentists based on a very bad experience I had when I was younger, so I am very picky about anybody putting electric drills in my mouth. I had heard really good things about Dr. John Buoncristiani from some friends, but I was still very nervous, especially since I was going to him because my last root canal from another dentist had failed and it needed to be redone.
Wow, what a difference from what I was fearing. Dr. John and his staff were amazing! They took the time to comfort me and explain the entire process in detail. The office and equipment was top notch. Everyone was super friendly and efficient. Best of all, everything went well and they were right when they said that it should be painless (I honestly did not believe them). I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. John and his team. I will absolutely use them again if needed...although I hope I never have to!

Dr. Buoncristiani had utmost bedside manner as he was very kind and incredibly sweet. I tend to have anxiety at the dentist, but I was instantly comfortable when I met Dr. Buoncristiani. I really appreciated his gentle touch.

Dr. Buoncristiani came highly recommended by a few very respectable peers in the dental industry. They all said he's highly qualified and performs great Root Canal procedures, and they assured me "that I wouldn't feel any pain" and "that I'd get a quality result". The verdict is...It's true!!
Dr. Buoncristiani (and his assistant Nora) took me from A thru Z, while explaining every part of the procedure clearly and compassionately at my consultation. Then came my procedure (which I was stressing about because of a bad root canal procedure memory from many years ago). My procedure was performed perfectly, with No Pain Whatsoever!! If you ever need a root canal, go see Dr. B at the Newport Endodontic Group. He and the office get an A+ from me.
